课程的变化

大学 makes all reasonable efforts to deliver the programmes of study and research opportunities and other services and facilities in the way described on this website.

然而, 大学有权, if it reasonably considers it to be necessary (including in order to manage its resources and pursue its policy of continuous improvement appropriately):

  1. 更改时间表, 位置, the number of classes and method of delivery of programmes of study, 只要这些改动是合理的.
  2. To make reasonable variations to the content and syllabus of programmes of study (including in relation to placements).
  3. 暂停, 停止或合并学习课程(例如, 因主要教职员身体不适或离校).
  4. 修改其章程, 条例, 规定, policies and procedures which the University reasonably considers necessary (for example, in the light of changes in the law or the requirements of the University's regulators). Such changes if significant will normally come into force at the beginning of the following academic year, and if fundamental to the programme will normally come into force with effect from the next cohort of students.
  5. Not to provide programmes of study or to combine them with others if the University reasonably considers this to be necessary (for example because too few students apply to join the programme for it to be viable).

除非在超出其合理控制的情况下, if the University discontinues or does not provide a programme of study or changes it significantly before it begins:

  1. 大学 will use its reasonable endeavours to tell relevant individuals at the earliest opportunity.
  2. 大学 will use its reasonable endeavours to offer to relevant individuals an alternative replacement programme at its earliest possible opportunity.

In the event that the relevant individual does not wish to accept the replacement programme and notifies the University in writing within a reasonable time of being informed of the change, the University will make an appropriate refund of tuition fees and deposits paid in accordance with the University's stated policy from time to time.

沮丧的合同

In the event that the University is unable to deliver programmes of study, research opportunities and other services or facilities described in this website due to any cause beyond its reasonable control which will include, 但不限于, 任何政府行为, 国内和/或国际骚乱, 火, 洪水, 战争, 劳动纠纷或天灾, the University shall not be liable to any person for any failure or delay in performing its obligations.
